Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients and customers to understand their needs and present solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed training to new team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities in the local San Jose area.
- Participate in daily team meetings to strategize and share success stories.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Eagerness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose office.
