Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Tampa area.
- Present products and services to potential customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Assist in the training and development of new team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Manage client accounts and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Participate in daily team meetings and strategy sessions to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
