Responsibilities
- Prospect & Connect: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate new business leads.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services to prospective customers.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through consistent effort and strategic planning.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence.
- Attitude: High energy, self-motivated, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Digital Proficiency: Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM software (training provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including some evenings and weekends.
