Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Present product demonstrations and compelling sales pitches to prospective customers.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Attend weekly sales training sessions to refine closing techniques and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic and a hunger to succeed and earn commissions.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
