Responsibilities
- Learn the Business: Master our products and services through our structured training program.
- Client Communication: Engage with potential clients via phone and email to identify their needs and provide solutions.
- Lead Generation: Conduct market research to find new business opportunities within the local community.
- Meeting Management: Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and discovery calls with prospective customers.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We value raw talent and eagerness to learn.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new CRM software.
