Responsibilities
- Participate in and successfully complete our paid training program to master our products and sales processes.
- Engage with potential clients and customers to identify their needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather market insights and improve sales strategies.
- Document customer interactions and sales data accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior sales experience is necessary; we provide the training!
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to learn.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet access (for remote or hybrid roles).
