Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calls to generate new business opportunities within the San Antonio area.
- Participate in daily training sessions and role-plays to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified leads using our CRM software.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for market penetration.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
- Attend company networking events and community outreach activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies and software.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional field visits).
