Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and engage with potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Participate in daily training sessions and role-playing exercises to sharpen your sales techniques.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Update customer data in our CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in organizing and attending local community events to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- No prior sales experience required; we provide full training.
