- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Track daily activities and progress using our CRM software to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence in the Charlotte area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection with resilience.
- Strong desire to learn new sales methodologies and product knowledge.
- Willingness to commit to a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
