Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs.
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to prospective customers.
- Close deals by negotiating contracts and securing client agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Track and report sales metrics, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly sales training and development workshops.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for client visits.
