Responsibilities
- Prospect & Connect: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach strategies to generate new business leads.
- Client Presentation: Conduct engaging product presentations and needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Close Deals: Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to secure agreements and drive revenue growth for the company.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track interactions and progress.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide full paid training and mentorship for the right candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident speaking voice.
