Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify and engage potential clients within the Oakland community.
- Utilize CRM software and sales platforms to manage client relationships effectively.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations that highlight key value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure high customer retention rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation.
- Track sales data and provide weekly reports on market trends and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We provide full training for the right candidates.
