Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented demeanor.
- Collaborate with the senior sales team to identify, qualify, and nurture new leads to convert them into loyal clients.
- Participate in daily training sessions and role-plays to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets set by management to contribute to company growth.
- Assist in organizing and attending local community outreach events to promote our brand and build local relationships.
- Provide exceptional feedback to management regarding customer trends and team performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are required.
