What You Will Do:
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence. You will work directly with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive growth for both parties.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities within the local Illinois market.
- Lead Generation: Utilize CRM software to maintain and update client databases and generate new leads through various channels.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present weekly progress reports to management.
- Training & Development: actively participate in all training sessions and mentorship programs to sharpen your sales skills.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Attitude: A positive, resilient attitude and a strong desire to learn new skills quickly.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
