Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.

- Participate in daily training sessions and weekly team meetings to improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine sales strategies and product presentations.
- Track daily activities and sales metrics using our CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
