What You’ll Do
- Generate new business leads through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Present our premium services to prospective clients in the Minneapolis area.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure retention and growth.
- Collaborate with the team to develop winning sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales activities using CRM software.
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify new business opportunities.
- Deliver compelling product presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and ensure accurate data entry in our CRM system.
- Participate in daily sales training and team huddles.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve client inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction scores.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
