Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Present product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential customers in person or via video conference.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
- Attend daily and weekly team meetings to review sales performance and strategy.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and a hunger to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little supervision.
