Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and customers to identify business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Attend daily sales training sessions and team meetings to refine skills and strategize.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support promotional events.
- Document client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- No prior sales experience required—we provide full training!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Las Vegas area.
