Responsibilities
- Complete our industry-leading training program to master product knowledge, sales methodologies, and customer service best practices.
- Engage with clients through various channels (phone, email, chat) to identify needs and provide solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights, strategies, and support one another in achieving collective goals.
- Document client interactions accurately in our CRM system to track progress and refine sales approaches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior sales experience required – we train you from the ground up!
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
- Demonstrated work ethic and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM software (training provided).
