Responsibilities
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze local market trends and identify potential business opportunities within the Oklahoma City area.
- Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and networking.
- Product Presentations: Deliver compelling product and service demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting value and benefits.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the regional management team to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and report back to the management team to help refine our sales strategies and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Coachability: A strong willingness to learn and an open mind to feedback and training.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and be available for shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
