As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct client interaction and strategic outreach. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop your skills in communication, negotiation, and market analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present company products and services to meet customer needs and close sales deals.
- Update and accurately maintain client data in our CRM system on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and closing techniques.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior sales experience necessary – full training is provided.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
- Strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and achieve personal goals.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Email, CRM software).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
