Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and contact potential clients to promote our products and services, generating new business leads.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the Memphis area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve collective company goals.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM software.
- Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Apex Growth Partners professionally in all client-facing interactions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide full training for the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Attitude: A positive, motivated mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, organized, and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
