Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships: Cultivate strong professional relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Learn the product: Master our service offerings through our structured training curriculum to become a subject matter expert.
- Participate in team collaboration: Engage in daily team meetings, role-playing exercises, and strategy sessions to refine your sales techniques.
- Meet sales targets: Consistently hit weekly and monthly KPIs to contribute to the company's overall growth trajectory.
- Track client data: Accurately record interactions and customer information into our CRM system to maintain organized client pipelines.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We value attitude and coachability over past experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday) with flexibility for evening networking events.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn CRM software.
