Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on high-quality service.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Attend daily training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
