Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Participate in daily training workshops to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Accurately document all client interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and retain clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required (College students welcome).
- Basic computer skills and reliable internet connection.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive attitude.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday).
