Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new leads.
- Present company products/services to potential clients in a consultative manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Attend weekly sales training and team-building activities to sharpen skills.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (experience not required for top candidates).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote training.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
