Responsibilities
- Participate in our intensive on-the-job training program to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our value proposition to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management to drive company growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and optimize sales funnels.
- Track customer interactions and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Zero to two years of experience in any field is acceptable; we prioritize attitude and aptitude over past history.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new systems quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate standard office software.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required for client visits.
