Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present our premium products/services to potential clients with confidence and clarity.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine sales strategies.
- Attend daily training sessions to master product knowledge and closing techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; college degree is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
