Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new enterprise clients
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce
- Conduct product demonstrations and needs analysis for mid-market businesses
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Track and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and sales training workshops
Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (2023-2024 graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or internship experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
