Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads within the local Arlington market.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through face-to-face meetings and professional presentations.
- Demonstrate products and services to prospective customers, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections.
- Manage a daily sales pipeline using CRM software to track activity and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional events and community outreach.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide accurate feedback to management regarding market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
