Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social media)
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual and in-person meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards
- Document client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Participate in ongoing product and sales technique training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
