Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through targeted outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Present our innovative healthcare software solutions to decision-makers at clinics and hospitals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing to develop personalized sales strategies for key accounts
- Track all activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction scores
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales experience (internships, campus sales, or customer service welcome)
- Strong desire to build a career in B2B technology sales
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce training provided)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
