Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through targeted outreach campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Present product demonstrations and customize solutions to client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client onboarding
- Track sales activities using Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through strategic account management
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance improvement sessions
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 0-2 years of sales/customer experience
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills for identifying client pain points
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
