Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
- Present product solutions to prospective clients via virtual and in-person demonstrations
- Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales experience (internships, campus ambassador roles welcome)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Highly motivated with proven ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally (5-10%)
- Authorization to work in the United States
