Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual/in-person demos
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95% client satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline progress
- Participate in daily sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 0-2 years in sales, customer service, or related field
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software (training provided)
- Resilience to handle rejection and maintain motivation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Local New Orleans residency strongly preferred
