Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn
- Present software solutions to C-level decision-makers at SMBs
- Build and maintain client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Track activities and pipeline in Salesforce CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Participate in weekly training sessions on product knowledge
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
