Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Kansas City area.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Present company products and services to potential customers to meet sales targets.
- Follow up with leads via phone and email to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Track sales metrics and report progress to management on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of goal achievement.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
