Role Overview:
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential clients to drive business growth. You will utilize your communication skills to build lasting relationships, present solutions to clients' needs, and close deals. Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with new potential clients through various outreach methods including phone calls, emails, and networking.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify business opportunities.
- Product Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our services to prospective clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and nurture client relationships to ensure retention.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily team huddles and sales training sessions to refine techniques and share success stories.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
