Responsibilities
- Master Sales Methodologies: Learn and apply industry-leading sales techniques and customer service standards through our structured training curriculum.
- Client Engagement: Conduct market research and engage with potential clients to identify business opportunities.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and assist in the preparation of sales presentations and reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a high-performing team to brainstorm strategies and achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Attend Workshops: Participate in daily training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to refine your communication skills.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. High school diploma is acceptable with a strong drive to learn.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
