Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Generate new leads and manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Attend daily training sessions and weekly team briefings to refine sales techniques.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and update CRM systems with client data.
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
