Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to the appropriate department.
