Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals under the guidance of senior management.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters to supervisors when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and service teams to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
