Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions to generate new business leads.
- Provide exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Learn and master our product portfolio to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Document customer interactions and update the CRM system accurately.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training workshops to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday (standard business hours).
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
