Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services via phone and in-person.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized and presentable.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
