Responsibilities
- Complete 4-week paid training program covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM systems
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, and digital channels
- Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
