Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in daily store operations, including stocking merchandise and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to offer informed recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a positive brand image.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to the Orlando location.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
