Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues efficiently.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM database.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
