What You Will Do:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary goal is to create a welcoming shopping experience and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean sales floor.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our products to answer customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior retail experience is necessary; we train all new hires.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
