Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and resolve inquiries with a professional and positive attitude.
- Engage with customers to promote our products and services, ensuring high sales targets are met.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems and digital tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
