Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing clients in the Greater Cleveland area.
- Conduct market research and product presentations to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Manage customer data accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Represent the company brand with a positive attitude at all times and during community events.
- Attend daily briefings and weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist in organizing and participating in team-building activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening availability.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for local travel (if applicable to specific role requirements).
